• Put Hamilton County Surnames in the subject of the e-mail
• Your first and last names
• Your complete e-mail address and/or
• Your E-mail Registry ID if you have one (see http://www.rootsweb.com/~archreg/)
• The Hamilton Co. surnames you want added
• Note if you have previously listed surnames to verify the information is correct as listed.

While setting up the pages listing Researchers I noticed that there may be some researchers listed with more than one e-mail address. As well, since some of these surnames may be several years old, the e-mail's listed may no longer be valid. I would like for anyone who has previously submitted a surname to check both lists, Surnames & Researchers to see that everything is correct as listed, including the e-mail address & send me an email with all of the above information & any corrections that need to be made. I have set up a seperate column to include a date to indicate when the information was added or verified. 

Some researchers are only listed with a first name, if you don't find yourself listed under your last name, check to see if you are listed by your first name only & let me know if you would like to have this changed to include your last name as well.

The Surname Registry for Hamilton Co., OHGenWeb was begun in 1999/2000. From 2001 until October 2005 Sherri Hall maintained the listing & webpages.  We thank Sherri for all of her hard work.
